03 Paid & organic growth

Digital & Performance Marketing

Campaigns measured on outcomes, not impressions.

Overview

What this service covers

Paid and organic working to the same plan, with the tracking set up properly first so spend decisions are based on what the data actually shows.

Before any budget moves we agree what counts as a result — a qualified enquiry, a signup, a sale — and make sure it is being recorded reliably. Managing spend against numbers nobody trusts is how marketing budgets quietly disappear.

Reporting is a view you can open yourself rather than a slide we build once a month. When a channel is not working, you will hear it from us early, with a recommendation attached.

A few builds where this ran as the leading discipline.

Process

Six stages, every engagement

The same delivery sequence runs across all ten services — only what happens inside each stage changes.

  1. Discover

Where spend goes today, what the tracking currently captures, and what a genuine customer is worth to you.

  2. Define

A measurement plan and a channel mix, with the events that count defined before anything is switched on.

  3. Design

Creative and landing pages built as a matched set, so the ad and the page make the same promise.

  4. Build

Tracking, audiences and campaign structure implemented and tested against live traffic before the budget opens up.

  5. Launch

Spend released in controlled steps, with a reporting view you can open any time rather than wait for.

  6. Scale

Budget shifts toward what the data supports; the rest is rebuilt or cut, and we say which we recommend.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Is advertising spend included in what you charge?

No — media budget goes directly to the platforms from your own accounts, and our fee covers strategy, build, creative and management. Keeping the two separate means you can always see exactly what reached the auction and what paid for the work around it.

Can you use the ad accounts we already have?

Yes, and we prefer to. Existing accounts carry conversion history and learning that is worth keeping. You stay the owner and we work through granted access, so nothing is stranded if the engagement ends. The same rule applies to analytics, the tag manager, the CRM and any dashboard we build: it lives in your account, and access can be withdrawn without the setup leaving with us.

What if our tracking is a mess?

Then fixing measurement is the first piece of work, before campaigns. That means one written definition for each conversion, a tagging convention everyone follows, and events instrumented and then checked against live traffic rather than assumed. We will not manage spend we cannot read — it turns optimisation into guesswork and makes every later report arguable. It is usually the least glamorous stage and the one that changes results most.

How will we know which channel actually produced a result?

Every platform reports generously on itself, so the platform numbers added together will always claim more than your own records show. We tag the campaign side consistently, pass the same identifiers through to the CRM, and report from one view that shows which channels and campaigns sat behind real pipeline rather than which ones claimed it. Attribution is still a model, not a fact, so we tell you what the model can and cannot see and keep the definitions stable enough that one period is comparable to the next.

What happens to a lead after the form is submitted?

That gets designed with the campaigns, not after them. A form feeds a defined route: the fields sales actually needs, a rule for who picks it up, and a written definition of a qualified lead so marketing and sales are grading the same thing. Where volume justifies it we add scoring so the strongest enquiries are worked first, and nurture sequences for the ones that are not ready yet. The outcome is then written back against the campaign that produced the lead, which is what makes the reporting worth reading.

The ads get clicks but the page does not convert. Do you fix that?

Yes, and it is often the cheaper fix. We treat the ad and the landing page as one unit, so if the traffic is right and the page is not, the page is the work. That means a reusable landing page structure rather than a new one-off each campaign, one change tested at a time so the result means something, and the funnel measured through to the submitted form instead of the page view. Where the problem sits deeper than the page, in the offer or the audience, we say so rather than testing button colours.

Do you guarantee a particular return or cost per lead?

No, and we would be wary of anyone who does — the auction, your competitors and your margins are not ours to promise. What we commit to is the method: measurement you can trust, structured tests, and an honest read on what is working, including when the answer is unwelcome.

Do you produce the creative as well as run the media?

Yes. Photography, video, motion and copy come from the same team that runs the campaigns, so the creative is made for the placement it will actually run in rather than adapted to fit afterwards.

How often will we hear from you?

On an agreed rhythm — a regular working call plus a live dashboard you can open whenever you like. The dashboard carries spend, results and the channel view side by side, so nobody waits for a slide to find out where things stand. Anything that needs a decision from you comes as its own message, not buried in the next report.
